Amman – Continuing its program and role in community service and its leadership in supporting charitable initiatives, Jordan Duty Free participated in the 61st annual International Diplomatic Charity Bazaar, held under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Basma bint Talal at the Al Hussein Youth City Hall in Amman.

Approximately 46 diplomatic missions accredited to the Hashemite Royal Court participated with pavilions embodying their cultural, civilizational, artistic, and social identity.

This bazaar is an annual platform bringing together more than 40 diplomatic missions, showcasing national products, foods, and traditional cuisine from various countries. All proceeds from the event go to support the Um Al Hussein Charity Foundation, which was established in 1958 and works to care for orphaned children and provide them with an educational environment and a decent life.

Jordan Duty Free indicated that its participation in the bazaar aligns with its vision of promoting community solidarity and contributing to social development. It affirmed its ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives dedicated to uplifting Jordanian society and working to enhance its presence in events with a humanitarian and community dimension. It expressed its pride in being part of an event that brings together world cultures and directs its support to children in need. During the opening ceremony, HRH Princess Basma bint Talal praised the importance of the bazaar's message and the humanitarian role it plays in promoting the values ​​of solidarity and mutual support. She considered the event not merely an exhibition or bazaar, but rather a platform for cultural, civilizational, and diplomatic convergence.

The bazaar featured numerous activities, including pavilions from participating countries showcasing handicrafts and traditional crafts, pavilions featuring international cuisine, and folkloric performances that enriched the wonderful experience, characterized by a diversity of cultural and culinary pursuits.
