The Chairman of the Free Markets Board and Chairman of the Board of First Markets Company, Mr. Ayman Al-Mufleh, received the Chairman of the Jordan Post Board, Mr. Sami Kamel Al-Dawood, in the presence of the Director General of Jordan Post, Ms. Hanadi Al-Tayyib.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance mutual cooperation and strengthen their strategic partnership through the establishment of a postal center inside Al-Nafoura Mall in Aqaba Governorate. The center will provide shipping services for goods to Arab and foreign tourists, contributing to the support of tourism and economic activity in the Kingdom. This initiative aligns with the Royal Directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II, which emphasize the importance of offering the best services and facilities to tourists and is consistent with the broader Economic Modernization Vision.

An executive team from both parties attended the meeting to follow up on procedures and implement the project on the ground.

As part of the discussions on how to make services more accessible to tourists and city residents, the parties also considered the possibility of integrating digital health resources into the center’s offerings.
